Courtney’s practice focuses on real property and development finance matters for institutional investors and lenders in the commercial, retail, industrial, and hospitality sectors. In addition to financing transactions, she enjoys working on complex property purchase and sale transactions (including large-scale agricultural farming properties and timber properties). Courtney is also adept at negotiating commercial restaurant leases as she handles commercial office and retail leases with relative frequency.



In 2019, Courtney graduated cum laude from Lewis & Clark law school and began her practice in real estate at McEwen Gisvold. Courtney then spent some time away from the firm practicing in the real estate group of an international AMLAW 100 firm before she returned to McEwen Gisvold to continue to grow her practice in 2024.
